The East Austin Soccer Club is a nonprofit organization
established for the youth in our community in our under-served East Austin
Area. Our sources of income are limited to player registration, fund-raising
activities and sponsorships. Our expenses are all soccer related such as uniforms,
officiating fees, field maintenance and coaching.
EASC wants to provide the East Austin youth community of low income the opportunity
to participate in high competitive levels of soccer at a low price. The EASC
coaches are volunteers that dedicate their time to providing their knowledge
and skills of soccer to the youth/players of our club. This allows the players
to channel their abilities during practices, while learning proper conduct
of behavior.
1. Provide an affordable and quality competitive soccer
program for under privilege players in the Community.
2. Recognize that players have joined our teams, and our coaches have selected
them, to play, not watch, regardless of the division in which their teams
play.
3.Provide opportunities to compete in all levels of play within each age group
no matter what their income level.
4. Provide superior game and practice facilities with the help of the community
and our Sponsors.
5. Expose our Senior players to college recruiters and assist them in securing
college scholarships through participation in showcase tournaments scouted
by college coaches and the development of player profiles.
6. Cooperation, respect, and maturity among the adults in our club will encourage those qualities in our Club.
