The EAST AUSTIN SOCCER CLUB strives to develop the skills, knowledge, character, and love of the game for all players to their utmost potential. Our vision centers on the basic premise that the club exists for the 'Player'. All decisions and programming elements must serve the best interest of the players. The EASC training program will focus on the individual technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development of every player. It is the only way to allow players the opportunity to fully enjoy the sport, and therefore develop to their full potential. At EASC, our overriding philosophy is based on the belief that team sports help develop the talents and skills that children will use throughout their lives. Although winning is a component of any sports-related activity, EASC seeks to develop the virtues of sportsmanship, physical fitness, and a positive self image.
MISSION STATEMENT
The East Austin Soccer Club provides a comprehensive select soccer
program for players aged under 11 to under age 18 and an advanced recreational
soccer program for players aged under 9 to under age 10. EASC serves the Austin
, Manor, Pflugerville, and Round Rock communities, and provides an atmosphere
based upon Family, Fun, Sportsmanship, Commitment, and Respect. The East Austin
Soccer Club also provides quality support and training for our affiliated
recreational clubs.
East Austin Soccer Club & Lonestar SC Affiliation
East Austin Soccer Club and Lonestar Soccer Club are very
happy and pleased to announce that East Austin Soccer Club is now officially
affiliated with Lonestar Soccer Club. East Austin Soccer Club and Lonestar
are teaming up to expand the depth, breadth, and quality of Lonestar Soccer
to the East Austin Soccer program. East Austin Soccer Club coaches will participate
in Lonestar Soccer coach training and education, and East Austin Soccer Club
players will be participating in Lonestar Soccer technical skills and GK clinics.
East Austin Soccer Club players will receive coaching from Lonestar's Technical
Training Director and GK Director. Lonestar Soccer Club has also invited East
Austin Soccer Club players to participate in pre-season friendly matches with
Lonestar teams, and East Austin Soccer Club players will also be invited to
participate in Lonestar Academy games against Lonestar
Junior Academy teams in the fall and spring seasons. Both Lonestar Soccer
Club and East Austin Soccer Club and their coaches are very excited
to bring Lonestar Soccer to help East Austin SC grow and develop
to benefit their member families.
